How multi-buy works
Our programs group courses for common situations. Bulk buy is for everyone whose needs do not fit a fixed set. You choose any courses from the full catalogue, in any combination of professions and topics, and the saving is calculated in the cart:
- Any five courses: 10% off the total.
- Any ten or more courses: 20% off the total.
There is no code to enter and nothing to register for. Add the courses you want, and the discount appears in the cart before you pay. Each course issues its own certificate of completion when you pass its assessment.
Multi-buy discounts
| Courses in one order | Discount | Example: 2-hour courses |
|---|---|---|
| 5 to 9 | 10% | 5 courses: A$850.50 instead of A$945 |
| 10 or more | 20% | 10 courses: A$1,512 instead of A$1,890 |
The discount is applied automatically in the cart and works with any mix of courses.
Building your bundle
Decide what you need
Start from your CPD plan, a concern raised about your practice, or the gaps you identified in your last reflection. The course finder can suggest courses based on your profession and the issue.
Add courses to your cart
Browse by profession or concern and add each course. Mix two-hour core courses with three-hour advanced courses as you like.
Check the saving
Once your cart holds five courses, the multi-buy saving appears. At ten or more, the larger saving replaces it. Review the total before paying.
Learn at your own pace
Work through the courses in any order. Record the actual time you spend on each against your own CPD plan, and keep your reflections with your CPD records.
Who uses bulk buy
Some common ways practitioners and teams build their own bundle.
Annual CPD planners
Practitioners who plan a year of ethics and professionalism CPD and want a mix of their own profession's course and shared topic courses.
Remediation with a topic focus
Practitioners who need the reflective courses plus specific topic courses that no single program combines, after advice from their insurer or lawyer.
Profession-specific learners
Practitioners who want their profession's ethics and professional standards courses alongside courses on consent, records or boundaries.
Practice owners
Owners who want advertising, privacy, billing and consent courses for themselves without the full compliance program.
Small teams
Practices buying a handful of courses for different staff. Larger organisations may prefer team licences.

Example bundles
A nurse planning ethics CPD
Ethics and Ethical Standards for Nurses and Midwives, Professionalism and Professional Standards for Nurses and Midwives, Professionalism in Documentation, Teamwork and Collaboration and Mandatory Notifications and Practitioner Health.
A dentist with a consent and fees complaint
Ethics and Ethical Standards for Dental Practitioners, Informed Consent and Financial Consent, Effective Communication, Demonstrating Insight and Reflective Practice.
A physiotherapist in private practice
Ethics and Professionalism for Physiotherapists, Advertising a Regulated Health Service, Privacy and Health Records, Professional Boundaries and Social Media.
These are illustrations, not recommendations for your situation. Choose courses that match your own CPD plan or the concern raised.
Getting the most from a bundle
A bundle is most useful when the courses connect. A few suggestions from the way the catalogue is built:
- Pair a profession course with shared topics. Profession courses explain your own Board's code and standards; shared courses go deeper on a single theme that applies across professions.
- Include reflection. If your bundle responds to a concern, the insight and reflective writing courses help you turn topic learning into evidence of change.
- Spread the learning. Ten courses taken over a year, with time to apply each one, usually lead to more lasting change than ten taken in a week.
- Keep your records together. The CPD Portfolio holds your plan, certificates and reflections in one place.
Not sure where to start? The course finder suggests courses from a few questions, and the site FAQ and refund policy answer common questions about buying.
Bulk buy questions
Do I need a discount code?
No. The multi-buy saving is applied automatically in the cart when it holds five or more courses.
Can I mix professions and topics?
Yes. Any courses from the catalogue count towards the five or ten, including profession-specific, core and advanced courses.
Do the five-course and ten-course savings stack?
No. At ten or more courses the larger saving applies instead of the smaller one, not on top of it.
Can I combine bulk buy with a program?
Programs already carry their own 25% saving. The cart shows the final price before you pay; if you are unsure how a mixed cart will be priced, contact us before buying.
Do I have to complete the courses in a set time?
Courses are self-paced. See the site FAQ and terms for access arrangements.
Can I buy courses for colleagues?
Bulk buy is designed for individual learners. If you are buying for several staff, team licences are usually the better route.
What if I buy a course I do not need?
Please read the refund policy before you buy, and use the course finder or contact us if you are unsure which courses fit.
