To help us reply in one go, please include:
- the name and email address on your account;
- the course, program or tool your question is about;
- for payment questions, the date of purchase and your order or receipt reference;
- for technical problems, the device and browser you are using and what you see on screen.
Please do not send us clinical records, patient information or copies of regulatory correspondence. We do not need them to help you, and keeping them out of email protects you and your patients.

We cannot give legal advice, advise you on how to respond to a notification, or tell you whether a course will be accepted by a Board, panel or tribunal. If a concern has been raised about you, please contact your professional indemnity insurer, medical defence organisation or a lawyer first.
